1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 99ad ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 3. Account Registration and Security

To participate in any real-money games or sports betting markets on 99ad, you must register a personal player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, including accounts under different names or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.

You must not share your username, password, or any authentication tokens with any third party. 99ad will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

99ad supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels. All transactions are processed securely and player funds are handled with strict confidentiality.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other approved local payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Wagering Requirements

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

By placing any bet or participating in any game on 99ad, you acknowledge and accept the following rules governing game conduct and bet settlement.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 99ad does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except in circumstances where the Platform identifies a clear technical error or pricing fault, in which case 99ad reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion.
• Cricket betting markets on 99ad include pre-match and live in-play options covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures. Settlement of cricket bets follows official scorecards from the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or delayed beyond the stated settlement window, 99ad's individual market rules will apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In no event shall 99ad's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99ad account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You acknowledge that this limitation reflects a fair allocation of risk between yourself and 99ad.

10. Amendments to These Terms

99ad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of 99ad after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. 11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes between the Player and 99ad that cannot be resolved through our customer support team at [email protected] shall be subject to binding arbitration. 99ad is committed to fair play and transparent dispute resolution.
